GroGo ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects shoppers with local stores. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, and device information needed to deliver notifications. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, pay partner stores, and improve the service. Stores receive only the details needed to fulfil your order.
Advertising
GroGo shows sponsored placements. We measure impressions and clicks in aggregate to bill advertisers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your profile, delete saved addresses, and delete your account from the app at any time. Contact us to exercise any privacy rights available to you.
